Program Description
Event Details
Children will experience and learn different ways animals survive the cold winter months.
We will engage in hands on activities to experience how different animals hibernate, adapt or migrate. Each child will make an insect hotel to take home to offer little critters a place to find shelter outdoors.

Age Groups
Age ranges are selected with great care. A young child unable to participate in an activity without assistance takes the staff member's attention away from the rest of the group and can impact the experience of the other participants. We also strive to create micro-communities with each program we offer by creating a space for young people to be with their peers. We ask that you respect the age groups in the program descriptions.
